"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" -- which means, "God with us." When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus. Matthew 1:23 23

Did you ever stop to wonder were the SEED that started Jesus' body come from. Mat 1:20 tells us that:

an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.

"How will this be," Mary asked the angel, "since I am a virgin?" The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God. (1: 34, 35)

He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, Luke 1:32

And Luke says:

Now Jesus himself was about thirty years old when he began his ministry. He was the son, so it was thought, of Joseph, the son of Heli, the son of Matthat ...
... the son of Enosh, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God. Luke 3: 23-38

So you can clearly see that the genealogy is thru her husband, Joseph. Our parrots in fine plumage stammer about how that was really Mary's genealogy... blah, blah, blah!!!

Cannot our Lord simply say what He means and mean what He says?

Surely you don't think that The Holy Spirit came and impregnated her with one of His seeds do you? Of course not - a key law that governs the universe is that "like begets like".. How could a spirit produce a physical human seed? That does violence to reason.

Besides, then Jesus would be half-God & half-man PHYSICALLY. Yet He was supposed to be like us in every way. If He was physically one half God then He would have had an incredibly unfair advantage...

But He was 100% God, and at the same time 100% human!! How?

His SPIRIT is the God of the Old Testament. He is the God of Moses in the burning bush. 100% God - the bible says that God is a SPIRIT. His body is 100% human. His body began as a fetus from the union of a seed from the body of Joseph, lifted by The Holy Spirit, and delivered to the egg of Mary. He started with a regular human body, with two regular human parents, JUST LIKE US!

Doesn't that clear up much fog? It makes so much more sense! And 100% Biblical...

So the two highly unique events that occurred during this drama was that Mary, the virgin, had a seed implanted within her, and second, the spirit that came to inhabit that body was none other than the creator of all. 100% human. 100% God. He is also 100% our FATHER! Indeed, it was JESUS who gave birth to the spirit that resides in each and every one of us.

His BODY, was the SUPERNATURAL UNION of Joseph's seed being lifted from his body and implanted by The Holy Spirit into the body of the virgin Mary - impregnating her. Some weeks later the SPIRIT of the creator was "SQUEEZED INTO SHAPE" into this newly developing fetus that was chosen to 'house' the Lion of Israel.

About 9 months later, Mary gave birth to the One who said; "Let Us make man in Our image... and let them gain dominion over the birds of the sky, the fish of the sea, and the beasts of the field..." To that point He had already given man 4,000 years to gain this dominion, but none had attained thereto. Elsewhere in these writing it has been pointed out that the "dominion" here referred to is that of control over an individuals thought life - corresponding to the 'birds of the air', or the spirit. Control over ones' emotions and desires corresponds to the fish of the sea - water always points to 'soul'. And as I'm sure you've guessed, control over the physical body and its appetites and desires corresponds to the "beasts of the field".

Jesus' mission here on earth gains considerable light when you consider this truth. He came to earth to show us the way back to paradise HERE AND NOW by gaining this "dominion" over all areas of ones life - physical, spiritual and emotional. The end result of this "dominion" is simply IMMORTALITY IN HUMAN FLESH, HERE AND NOW!!! If you read the accounts you can easily see that it was Jesus' claim at 30 - 33 years old to have reached immortality. He claimed pre-existence and immortality, so they thrashed HIM!!!
